How to use ADS for analyzing and simulation microstrip filter...

Hi there
I wana analyze a microstrip filter using ADS, I actually know how to use HFSS to analyze a filter and see the results, i.e. S21, S11, GroupDelay,...
But I do not know how to use ADS, where should I start..Help me..
BTW I'm gonna switch to ADS because analyzing in HFSS takes a long time that's bothering.

There is a tool called as Momentum in ADS environment.Use this tool to simulate planar and 2.5D structure.

ADS Has a Schematic level and layout level simulation capability. If u use a schematic, then u need to place ur component of interest from the component pallete and complete ur design and place a MSUB component for Microstrip substrate and define the substrate parameters and simulate it.

Where as in Layout, U need to draw the structure in similar way from pallet or can draw the same by using polygons and assign ports. in tool bar u see the drop downs, Momentum and EMDS side by side.
Momentum does MOM analysis and EMDS does FEM analysis.

There are various ways through which we can easliy use Ads for analying and stimulation filter. I just get this information from fieldcomponents which is really useful to me.

Use momentum simulation (layout simulation).
Help file is available in ADS itself.
Use help option to know about momentum simulation.
