Medical implant antenna

Hi, I m trying to design medical implant antenna inside the skin tissue in HFSS. But , in the 402-405 MHz band range S parameters is strange. I tried to parametric set up for different values of some variables but it didn't work. If can anyone check the design and help me? I'll upload the files. Thanks.files.zip
