Help to plot NF and NFmin for designing microwave amplifier in ADS2009

Dear Sir,
I am new learner to ADS2009 simulation software, want to design microwave low noise amplifier. I couldn't find NF and NFmin option ADS. Can you help me anybody, where I am getting option of NF and NFmin in ADS2009, where I have to go in palette in ADS2009, which option I need choose for ploting NF and NFmin graphs.

NFmin can be found two ways..
-Manufacturer measures NFmin by aid of LoadPull technique
-Extracted Accurate Nonlinear models

You should look at s-parameters simulation block.You'll see Noise tab..

Don't trust too much extracted NF and NFmin values which are extracted from nonlinear models, especially GaAs and pHEMT models..
