Sending Data on Static IP through GPRS module sim548c

Hello,
I am Using sim548c module for sending Position Coordinates which are in the form of string. I want AT commands for establishing connection with the server and sending data packets on it.
Details of the server are:

live IP : 115.186.131.76
private IP : 10.3.20.217
Username : *****
Password : *********

I have the .pdf file that contains all the AT commands for sim548c.
