Low capacitance diodes for microwave work
I have tried 1N5712 (1.2pF), not in smd package though.
Any better types, available on ebay or other site?
try this link you can set search filter according to your requirement

How about the HP5082-3001?
0.25pf capacitance and 200V breakdown (Vbr) instead of the only 4V of the HSMS-8202 ?
Unless I am not correctly reading the datasheet...
As a first step, you'll need to clarify frequency and RF level requirements.
It is for this project http://neazoi.com/bridge/
I thought it would be better to use lower capacitance diodes to go into higher microwaves, although a nother PCB material like rogers may have to be used as well. I also consider the PCB design if it is good for microwaves but anyway...
Power requirements may be as high as possible in order to avoid usign attenuators but I would say RF signals of up to about +17dBm would be ok.
If it were me, I might want to use a signal sampler instead, as in
