RF transceiver nRF2401 interfacing with the PIC micro controller 16f877A

Hello I want to interface the rf transceiver with the pic micro controller so that i can transmit and receive data and instructions to robot at the same time meaning full duplex communication help required urgent

nRF2401 and similar small radio devices won't work in true full duplex, only half duplex (TX/RX switching) is possible.

but i need explanation how?
