What is pcb material used at 30ghz, looks very similar to simple low freq pcb?

On the electronics market i saw motion sensor miniature in size, board with great mechanical strength looks very familiar, like simple pcb material, only not so yellow, but still very hard. Does rogers or taconic have something like that? Obviously not ptfe.

Nelco substrate is also a similar kind of pcb material.
