I want to submit a manuscript to this journal. But I can not find any informations about the format(Preparation of Papers) on its site.Please give me some hits,thanks!

All the information is given on the webpage reffered by the fellow. When you will upload the paper some necessary changes will automatically will be done by the journal.

If u still have a problem, i can send u a paper for a reference.
