This Question is regarding to RFID Simulator "RFIDSIM" Please Help

Hello,
I am trying to re-do an experiment from a publishable paper. This paper uses a simulator called RFIDSIM which is a simulator for RFID. In this experiment, they introduce a malicious reader. Can someone advice me to use the RFIDSIM simulator or not? Because the simulator is in the very early stages!
