in the image 354 wavelength correspond to 840 MHz.does wavelength decides height of antenna.if that so for low frequency signal.they have to build ery taller tower.is it possible to build such high antenna
At 840 MHZ the optimum length of aerial is 1/4 wavelength which is about .4m . The reason why the aerial(s) are sitting on the top of a tall mast is that as you go higher in altitude, you can see further round the curvature of the earth, so the radio frequency travels further before it hits the earth.

as chuckey said, no it doesn't
formula = 300 / freq (in MHz) = wavelength (in Metres)
or conversely
300 / wavelength (in metres) = frequency ( in MHz)
so 300 / 341 metres = 0.879 MHz = 879 kHz ( middle of the AM broadcast band)
300 / 840 MHz = 0.357 metres = 35.7 cm ( 357 mm)
cheers
