compatability of ADS 2011.10
i am using ADS 2011.10 for design of microwave oscillator
i am unable to unzip NEC mdl_kit_v1.5 ,which shows that the design kit is not compatible with ADS 2011.10. i am in need of NEC 3210s01 pHEMT for my design.
That NEC Design Kit (version 1.5) is obsolete. It was released to support the ADS2002, ADS2002C, and ADS2003C versions of ADS. It is not possible to use it in ADS 2011 or later.
What you need is the updated version which is now the Renesas Electronics Active Device Library Ver 6.0. This page has links to the Design Kit, which includes the NE3210S01 device, that is supported in recent versions of ADS and also a link to the User Manual that has installation instructions.

i have downloaded Renesas Electronics Active Device Library Ver 6.0 and installed also it has NP3201s01. I have doubt that it is whether PHEMT or NHEMT device because i have designing circuit by considering the sPARAMETER of device which is provided by the manufacturer. kindly clarify my doubt
