Designing layout of a transistor in ADS

Could you please help me to design layout of a transistor (PCB not IC) in ADS?
CGH40035F is the transistor.

See the ADS Layout Library of fixed artwork cells that is supplied with ADS. The designs AFLANGE or AF look to be a good starting point, just make the tabs a bit wider.
