PCB Antenna Mirroring

Maybe it is a very stupid question but: can i physically mirror a pcb antenna without changing its characteristics?

As long as its an exact mirror. And obviously, the radiation pattern will be mirrored.

And you should consider the around components or mechanics structure impact on the antenna performance.
