Meta surface superstrate

Hi all

while I am thinking of how to increase the gain of the CPW-Fed Slot antenna, I came up with an idea of using Reflective Metasurface superstrate. However, I could not find any details on how to build this RMS. I am thinking on using 3x3 array . can any one guys help me about how to do it on HFSS . I already made one but still not ok . for the Square Resonances Loops. I firstly Drew a rectangular then I drew it the inner square using points . at the end the made the cut. if any one has an idea on how to make on HFSS I can attach or send him the HFSS file that I did.
