Type of patch antenna and design in HFSS

what is the type of this antenna? How it is designed? I have seen this antenna in some wifi routers etc. Is there any HFSS example available?

Interesting planar antenna design, but certainly not a patch antenna.

It's a GSM antenna and it has a datasheet. It can be purchased from many catalog distributors.
