Measurement of inductance using mini VNA tiny.
I would like to measure inductance and Q using mini VNA tiny. Could somebody give me the idea how to do it.

Use an inductance meter. The VNA is useful for measuring the self resonant frequency not the inductance.
The Q is easier to measure with a VNA. Resonate the inductor with two known high Q capacitors at the freq of interest and measure the -3dB bandwidth of the network. Then use the relation Q= Fc/BW and solve for BW. The caps should be connected in a series tapped arrangement and feed the VNA stimulus and output into the junction of the two tapped caps. Yes, they are connected directly together but that's fine. Since the network Q is dominated by the inductor Q the measured Q with represent the inductor Q alone. What a mouthful!
If you can make one pad/port of this inductance well short circuit on a test board, any VNA will measure its inductance.

Now I need to calculate mechanical resonance of that same inductor coil. It is a 3D micro coil. Does anyone have idea how to do it?
