Need HFSS Help!- To simulate SIW resonator structure

I am trying to simulate an SIW resonator structure in HFSS,but
I am not able to get the expected published results as shown in the figure.
I need help ,and request hfss experts on this forum to look into this hfss file and point out my mistake.
