[ADS 2015] How create hierarchy?

Could you explain what's RF , LO and IF Ports?
When i go to File--> Design parameters i have no Symbol button(ADS 2015).

I wanted to create one component that stored a number of anothers. That is some design inside of component. I already do this by means the subcircuit and just change the picture of this schematic.

I thought hierarchy it is the same, but I was wrong) I ask you help in this case. How use the hierarchy rationally?
