power divider specs too good to be true?

Hi. I'm looking at a power divider component that someone selected for a board that only ever operates at about 900MHz, but the divider is rated from 25MHz to 1000MHz. Immediately I thought I can find something that is a bit more optimized, so I picked out something that is 800MHz to 1000MHz. Then I started comparing the specifications around the 900MHz mark and to my surprise they look just about the same, how can that be.
For reference:
Mouser Part #s
620-PD0810J5050S2HF
937-DS-323-PIN
Additionally the wide-band part is also a x3 divider. Can someone more experienced say if this is pretty typical? For some reason I assumed that a power divider is more or less tuned to certain frequencies.

The first one is probably Wilkinson power divider and the second one seems ferrite based wide-band divider/combiner.
