how to display S Parameter of Gilbert cell mixer under ADS tool

I need to caracterize the gain compresion verus frequency of Gilbert cell mixer, so i need tutorial how to use S-Paramter tool in case the mixer has differential pair for RF input and LO input(Double balanced mixer).

Why use S-parameters when you are caracterizing the nonlinear behaviour of your circuit?

I need to disclose th IIP3, noise figure , input output reflection coefficient and gain versus frequency to caracterize the frequency band allowed to be used. Hence i need to use the tool S6Parameter for double balanced mixer differentiel cellule gilbert. I'm so gratefull if you send me a clear tutorial for Sparameter of differentiel Gilbert cell mixer in ADS.

You cannot use s-parameters in those simulations ( IIP3,Gain Compression etc.)Mixers are pretty nonlinear circuits and s-parameters are never used in their simulations due to their highly nonlinear nature.Even Noise Figure is simulated with nonlinear models and HB-Nonlinear simulation pair.
