simulation of active inductor cadence-qfactor

I tried to simualte basic gryrator-C single ended active inductor.But am unable to do simulation properly to find q factor.I have attached the schematic and waveform obtaianed.Checked the dc bias conditions and ensured both transistors are in saturation.performed s parameter analysis.to obtain imaginary and real part of input impedance.
