Calculate Capacitance in TD

Hello,

I am interested in calculating the Capacitance (& perhaps Inductance) values from a TDR measurement along a 2 inch stripline when rise time of driver is about 70ps. I would also like to confirm and verify these values (approximately) with an HFSS stripline model simulated from DC-8GHz. If anyone run into this kind of comparison in the past and knows what formulas and methods are accurate to give you these, please let me know.
