microstrip coupled resonator simulation

We used to build a microwave component with the schematic first in ADS. And there are many models of the components aviable.we can then simulate and optimize the schematic before turn it into the layout.
If we can build the model for the component (microstrip coupled resonator) with the layout directly?

I think the better solution is to use microstrip linear models to design the layout and then when the performace of the design are okfor your application use momentum for the final simulation and correction.
