Permeability measurement help requested

Does anybody have experience in measuring either permeability ,permitivity or index of refraction of negative index of refraction metamaterial using HFSS? Thanks ahead.

Even if you are don't have experience in this field, can you still give some good documents about measurement of permeability, permitivity and index of refraction using HFSS? I did check the ansoft website but I couldn't find anything useful. Thank you very much.
