who did simulate the enhancement of Light Extraction of LED

who did simulate the enhancement of Light Extraction from 2D Photonic Crystal
surface of LED?
I fabricated the 2D orderly porous structure on the single crystal ZnO film, and wish to know whether this kind of structure has the effect to enhance the Light Extraction.
