I'm trying to simulate spiral inductor by Ansfot Ensemble.
There are 5 models in this software.
They are 2.5D Edge Port Model,2.5D Probe/Gap Source Model,2.5D Plane Wave Model,3D Edge Port Model,3D Gap Port Model
Which one should I select ?
I read the HELP , it can't explain clearly.
As far as I know about this software, this is 2.5D software.
Can I use 3D model to simulate ?
Is it accurate enough ?
