fuzzy telecommunication

Does Fuzzy logic find any application in telecommunication engineering,
If so can you provide me with some projects

may be you can use it traffic distribution handling logic (load distribution) or may be overload recovery logic . But it is specific . As far as i know there is no good subscriber behaviour prediction for overload situations and some fine tuning which is done on telco platforms does not help much .
