CST Question for Micro machined antennas (Mesh Problem)

Hi,
First of all I want to thank to ?plasma?.
I attached two files whose names are "ydene7r3" and "ydene7r4".
In the files we have horn antenna exciting at port 1 and the micromachined antenna in front of it. In "ydene7r3" there is single antenna (made of gold) and in "ydene7r4" 381 antenna with the same geometry of the antenna as in "ydene7r3".
Two simulations give almost same result.
If we look at the mesh, it can't see antennas with the given meshes I attached in the files. But if I increase mesh, the results are also wrong. The number of meshes for seeing the antennas is over 137 million, but this time it gives the warnig as "There is not enough space in the memory".
What Can I do to solve this problem?

What Can I do to solve this problem?
- What is more powerful for micromachined antennas design: HFSS or CST?
- micromachined rectangular patch antenna on a synthesized substrate ( Al2O3 with air)
- Looking for resources about Microwave Link design
- microstrip filter by H F S S using DEFECTED GROUND STRUCTUR
- microstrip gap capacitance
- Help me on how to simulation microwave oven by using pdetool
