How do I get the printed inductor impedance in HFSS?

Hi, everyone.
In my project, there is a loop printed on the silicon-dioxide and I want to get the impedance of it.
I am wondering whether I should use one-port simulation to connect two ends of the loop, or use two-port simulation to connect the ends to the ground plane, get the 2-by-2 S matrix and convert it to ABCD matrix in order to get the impedance?
And should I use the radiation boundaries surround the structure?
Thanks.
