about vacuum dimensions aroud the EBG

hi everyone;
i m going to resimulate the EBG structure in the paper. but results are not fitting. also when i changed the dimensions of vacuum, S(21) characteristic of the structure changes too. what must i do? and where am i making wrong?
could you look at the simulation file?
( i simulated Fig.1 and its characteristics is in Fig. 5. )

It is not wrong the simulation in my pc, see again may be cuz your software.

did you run my simulation file? is this file has same result as in the paper? if it is different, would you send your file to me?
