model dimensions are beyond

Hi every body
I am now doing a simulation of the transmission line. What I need is the Characteristic Impedance of the transmission line, so I am using the solve port only function.
The model is a 1.5um dialectric sandwiched by two gold electrodes(around 500um wide and 0.1um thick).
The structure is enclosed by a airbox which is around 1000um high and 1500um wide.
I am tuning the width of the electrodes from 200um to 1000um. When the width of the gold electrodes is below 500um, it's ok. But when it's above 500um, like 600um, there will be a warning:
"Model dimensions are beyond the range of 9.99999e-007 to 1.000000e+4"
And the result characteristic impedance seems incorrect
So does anybody know how to correct this problem?
Regards!
