Hi all,
I need to simulate the HEMTs' package material and dimension effects in a quasi-optical amplifier. I'm currently using a Fujitsu FHX35LG. In order to perform my HFSS characterization, I need info about the material of the package containing the GaAs/AlGaAs chip. Is it undoped GaAs, or some other kind of insulator? The data sheet doesn't provide any information about it.
