rf matlab

Lets start off by saying that I hate RF,transmission lines and signal processing, but alas, I have to do an assignment in it.
Can any one point out the steps to simulate values for VL in Matlab regarding the pic below?

i worked hard to make jammer simulation on matlab , but i can't find a solution to add oscillator ( 900 MHz ) to the matlab , do you have answer ? or it can be done by workbench ( latest version ) , thank you very much .
