Hi,
I want to simulate electrical field and its gradient between the gold electrodes that i have designed. Sinusoidal wave of 10 kHz should be applied. The electrode size is in the order of microns.
Can you recommend me a 3D electrical field simulator that can work in kHz for micron size structures? Also voltage source should be sinusodial.
In Ansoft HFSS, I had a problem that the structures were to small to simulate E-field in kHz.
Thank you

This is an incredibly large wavelength for such a small structure. I cannot see how your field would vary significantly. You can perhaps search for a simple static simulator, but I can't help thinking you don't even need a simulation because your wavelength is so large compared to what you want to model.
