the design consider operating frequency of 300 MHz and dipole of length of λ/70 = 14.28 mm , i used copper , and here is the file , so I will be thankful if any would revise it ...

Man, you should really read some tutorials!
Your integration line is way off. Your lumped port is too large and again way off.
Look at two pictures with corrected structure.

actually i dont know how the source gap affects the structure , at least i didnt note that when i studied that in the books .
