I have a question about the article with title

I inform you that I have gained this article from site http://www.mwjournal.com It semms that figure 2's Return Loss which its simulated and measured is shown in diagram is not true, because I got same results of simulation on antenna 1 by two different software HFSS and Ansoft Designer which the first one works on the basis of Finite Element Method and the second one works on te basis of Moment Method . But it was different with its result in article.
Why the diagram of these two software is different of diagram in the article?
