Help with article

I am studying an article by Maloney. the article is A Simple FDTD Model for Transient Excitation of Antennas by Transmission Lines.

I'm kind of lost, because I need to implement this article in MATLAB. Someone would have something to recommend me?

Or maybe some implementation done in MATLAB.
