.s4p format

Hello,

Is it the same as HFSS's .s4p files?The attachment is an example of the HFSS's .s4p files. What do the seventh and eighth rows mean in the attached file?

It is information for modal solution created by ansoft. It does not matter, though. It won't be read by ADS. Try to delete them manually. It won't make any difference.
