IE3d simulation -doubht

Sir for drawing s-parameter,i need geometry file for SGCPW.but i dont no how to get the geometry file.please help me sir.i go tthe virtual traing from zeland .but inwhich to run the procedure it ask to run the geofile if the SGCPW
