via type for RF performance

I am study about via layout for RF performance.
I try a 2-metal spiral inductor with different via shapes to observe its RF performnace .
But the result is little diffeent , I am thinking about what patterns is suitable ?

Any one has same experience , share some ideas with me.

you process should support 2-metal inductor or the Q will be very low
