same configuration, different gain with PML&Radiation-HF

hello,
I have some problems with my antenna (which is suppose to work as a folded dipole). I am simulating the same structure, firstly with pml boundary conditions. I have a certain resonat frequency and a certain gain.
I am simualting the same structure, but with radiation boundaries. I get a different resonant frequency (1 MHz difference) and a different gain (more then 1dB difference).
according to the manual, both conditions are suppose to work in the same way (or am I wrong?).
The boundary conditions are at more than lambda/2 (they are suggesting lambda/4!).
At that point what kind of conditions am I suppose to pick?
I'm waiting any suggestions!
