how can i build microstrip transmission line in HFSS?
on a substrate
and how to chose its impedance Zo

You have to calculate the Z_0 before (depeding on width, E_r, H, T etc.), can use ADS LineCalc or so. Then in HFSS define your substrate (using draw box command) and similarly your microstrip line (for straight one draw box command).
