Hi
Before going into Electromagnetics I think the first thing you should do is understand the Mathematics. After u are able to visualize the Mathematics concerned, such as 3D partial derivatives and multiple integrals, then you can go into the more specific application of this Mathematics to Electromagnetics. There are many resources on the web as well.
