plz tell the designing or dimensioning of a monopole coaxial probe antenna with semi-rigid cable in the frequemcy range of 1-6GHz.

that is a pretty extreme band for a monopole. You might consider a very wide cylindrical or conical element or possibly a sleeve to get more bandwidth
