What is FEFD method of EM-Field Simulations?

Hi,

Can anyone tell me, about FEFD ( Finite Element Frequency Domain )
Method for Electromagnetic Simulations?

The only hint available is that it solves MaxWell's eqs. in Frequency
Domain.

Just look for materials on the finite element method for electromagnetics. 99% of the material you will find is FEM is in the frequency-domain. Time-domain FEM is quite rare because it has some problems, but it certainly exists.
