I hope that the full title is 'RFID Handbook : Fundamentals and Applications in Contactless Smart Cards and Identification', by Klaus Finkenzeller. This book is available in the gigapedia site.

You please register at http://gigapedia.org (free).
Then login there, type the book name in the search field and select 'Item Search' (VERY IMPORTANT)radio button and click search. The book is available there (may be listed as the second one in the search results).
Click the book link, a new page appears. click 'Links' tab (VERY IMPORTANT) and from the new page, select the mihd.net link (free download). Book size is 4.69 MB.
The mihd.net site appears and on top of the page a download link appears. Clk this link and in the new page again click on the link on the top of the page.

Note: The 'Links' tab has a link to rapidshare also.
