FDTD for active device

Hi all

I'm going to add a nonlinear power amplifier into the FDTD algorithm. does any body have codes for this?

i think, in your case the only change will be in the field profile as you are adding some non-linearity to the medium by putting some amplifier...
so if you have the regular simulation code for fdtd with some known field profile, try changing it according to your case..
