HFSS error when analyzing a model caused by old solution data

Hi all,

I tried opening a model and was able to do so successfully but everytime I analyze it I get the follwoing errors:

Communication failure. System error no: 109, error description:Unknown error
Communication failure. System error no: 0, error description:No error
Adaptive solution setup, process hf3d exited with code 259.
Simulation completed with execution error on server: Local Machine.

and then the window appears which says "HFSS solver has failed and needs to close,"

I have tried saving, exiting, reopening/starting. Nada. I have no idea where to go with this because the error gives me no clues.

Any help is much appreciated.

Added after 3 minutes:

also, in the HFSS>Results>Solution Data window I was looking at the profile tab which showed me status: aborted from a run someone else had done before I was given the files.

Not yet sure if this affects my problem. I'll try deleting old solutiion data etc.

O.K. guys,

I am sorry for the overeager post. It seems that deleting the old project_name.hfssresults folder solved my problem.
