Plotting specific frequency points in cst

I am fairly new to CST and I am trying to determine if it is possible to plot specific frequency values for the smith chart and S-parameter polar plot. Currently the results provide a trace over the range of all frequencies, but I would like to be able to set specific frequencies for which to place points. suggestions?
