ultrasound simulations

Hi everyone,

I have to look into creating a fullwave ultrasonic simulator (using either FDTD or FEM, hasn't been decided yet)

I was wondering whether anyone can direct me to any decent codes or literature that might help...

Also If possible I would like the following two papers which I can't find (for free) online:
